Supplier data intelligence
The data layerfor industrialsuppliers.
Suppliers already have the data — in bills, registers, photos and WhatsApp messages. Emissio collects it through familiar channels, structures it automatically, keeps the evidence attached, and makes it reusable wherever compliance asks.

Everything around your compliance data, in one workspace
Emissio does not just return a number. It captures the message, the document and the context around every value, so the record survives the question that comes after it.

Reuse
One structured record answers a CBAM package, a Scope 3 dataset, a customer questionnaire and an audit — without recollection.
Workspace
Every angle of your supplier data, in one place
Intake, extraction, completeness, evidence and buyer requests sit side by side — the same surfaces an operations team works in every day.
Assisted extraction, deterministic maths
AI reads the document and proposes values. The calculation itself stays a fixed formula against a versioned emission factor.

Why teams move beyond spreadsheets and scattered requests
A workbook can hold a number. It cannot show where the number came from, whether the supplier ever confirmed it, or which request already asked for it.
Spreadsheets + email
- Manual entry from bills and registers
- The same request sent again every quarter
- Evidence living in someone's inbox
- Disconnected files across suppliers
- Data that cannot be reused for the next obligation
- Numbers that go stale between reporting cycles
Emissio
- WhatsApp-native collection from the source
- Automated follow-ups until the record is complete
- Evidence attached to every extracted value
- One structured record per supplier
- Reuse across CBAM, Scope 3 and buyer questionnaires
- Deterministic calculations with versioned factors

FAQs
Answers to what suppliers and exporters ask us first. Anything else, write to us and we'll respond directly.
General
Emissio is a data layer for industrial suppliers. It collects operational data through the channels suppliers already use, structures it into reusable records, and keeps the source evidence attached to every value.
Supplier-side operations and compliance teams, and the exporters and buyers who depend on supplier data being complete, current and defensible.
A request goes out over WhatsApp or email, the supplier replies with a bill, photo, voice note or spreadsheet, and Emissio extracts the values and files them against the right record.
Data
Yes. WhatsApp is a first-class intake channel: attachments, photos and voice notes are all accepted and routed to the right supplier record.
A photo of a meter reading, an invoice or a handwritten register is enough to start. Emissio extracts what it can and flags what still needs confirmation.
Every extracted value keeps a link to the file it came from, when it arrived, who sent it and the extraction confidence, so the record can be reviewed later.
Compliance
Yes. Structured activity data and emission factors produce a reporting-ready package, with the underlying evidence bundled alongside it.
That is the point of the data layer. One collected record can serve CBAM, Scope 3, buyer questionnaires and internal reporting without asking the supplier again.
Calculations are deterministic — activity data multiplied by a versioned emission factor. AI assists with extraction, never with the arithmetic, and each result keeps its inputs and factor version.
Security
Records are stored against your organisation only, with access scoped to the users you invite and a log of who changed what.
Only the people you grant access to. Buyers see what a supplier chooses to share for a given request.
Yes. Records, calculations and the underlying evidence can be exported at any time in standard file formats or read through the API.
Automate your carbon accounting.
Collect data once, structure it automatically, and reuse the evidence wherever compliance requires it.
